Regurgitate of generic prompts sounds like bots giving nothing but the runaround. Sent link to my sister she purchased the seat next to me but an error occurred and the app booked the wrong seat. Not sure why a multi-million dollar company doesn’t have a direct CS contact to correct this. Could have been solved in seconds. But No, No accountability, no refunds. Better customer service policy at the theater which I will just purchase from now on.

The order was pending for three hours. I guess there is an issue with seat claiming. There is no customer service number and the email went unanswered. We ended up canceling the ordering and buying tickets at the theater. The seats we wanted were gone and there were only a few undesirable seats left. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
