Won’t let me sign in

Ever since McDonalds changed their app, it won’t allow me to sign it. It always wants me to create and account even when I click the sign in button. Then it proceeds to tell me that there is already an account listed with my email and to please sign in…… which the app will not allow me to do. I’ve tried deleting the app, signing in other ways, none of them are working. So frustrating. The old app was great!

Easy to use but….

This app is very easy to use but there is NEVER any deals on hotcakes and etc. You can’t even use your points towards hotcakes it’s almost like the item is nonexistent. Those are my favorite and is definitely customers fave please fix this.

Overcharged

I love the app and all the discounts I get. I have been using it for over a year. All of the sudden the last two times I have used it I have been overcharged. When I get to the drive through window my discount is taken off, my card is charged the discounted price and the cashier says I owe the difference. They then charge my card the the amount the discount took off. Very frustrating. One time they didn’t take it off and we were overcharged over $4. This last time was $3.25 but we were refunded. Please fix the issue. Thank you!
