Doesn’t work with iPhone 15 update

Ever since updating I cannot use the app it just says “not connected to wifi or SSID”, which is insane. I’m connected to wifi and using all other apps with no issue. Absolutely awful!

Easy Enough

It isn’t the best and most user friendly software. I have it for a business and it’s worked for the last 5 years. We are constantly having to reprogram fobs with employees interchanging. Batteries are having to be changed out every few months but it’s understandable as we have employees going in and out of these doors constantly, every day all day. We have locks on the doors too so if a battery does go out, we can get in and change them out. My only complaint is how long it takes when reprogramming. It doesn’t always work so it’s a constant battle of deleting cookies, closing the app, logging back in and trying again. Sometimes I have to do that process 3 or 4 times before I can get a fob to connect and reprogram. I usually have to set aside a few hours to program a small handful of fobs on 3 doors.

7-2021 has these locks. They were fair. Got the new one. It is the worst. They say “no need to return to store”. Big need to return to store

Senior living

I’m a director at a senior living community and it is unreal how poorly this system is. Do not buy it! All the reviews are correct. They just stop working and you can’t re commission the lock. I’ve spent hours and hours trying to get them to work again. I expect a better product from Schlage.
