Had to download the app because I needed to do an assignment on my phone and I logged into my Microsoft edpuzzle account on Safari and clicked a link that led to the app and it made me log in again but there was no Microsoft log in option??? And so i tried logging in with just the edpuzzle username and password and then it says to “log in with microsoft” but there’s literally no option to log in with microsoft…. like what…
Please fix this app! Progress does not save. Every time I exit out of the app it rewinds me about 7-15 minutes and I can’t go back to my last place. I spent 3 hours on a 2 hour training. This should NOT be happening…sorry it is not that hard to program this type of app to work correctly!
Why make this available as an app when you clearly just want us to use the desktop version of it. It does not have any of the features from the desktop version. Rewinding the videos are torture, answering questions are hard and it doesn’t even mark the work as complete after everything. This did not make anything more convenient.
It’s terrible. I can never get assignments done on this app because it has no idea how a video works or how to not glitch the whole time, making my assignments late. It’s so much better on a computer but that’s not always an option.
Locks in answer so if you get it wrong, you can’t go back and even attempt to learn why you got it wrong. They don’t even ATTEMPT to explain why you got it wrong, just says “Wrong :[“ and acts like you should just move on. Horrible way of learning new concepts and almost purposely creates much more stress for questions because students know they cannot re-answer questions they got wrong because apparently Edpuzzle thinks that’s a great system. Please do not use this as a teacher as its system purely encourages kids to look up the answers under the anxiety that they will get a question wrong and Edpuzzle will tell them “well, guess you can’t do anything about that.”
