Spinning wheel of death

Since the last update the app does not work! Fix this annoying bug.. delete & reinstall. Log out and login back nothing fixes it..

Update 9.11.0 Rendered App Useless

Ecobee has dropped to minus 1 with the latest update, or should I say downgrade. The app now opens and the. Quickly reverts to an endless spinning circle. One cannot control anything on the app including temperature. Ecobee should know that with a critical mission app that updates should be thoroughly tested before releasing. With the acquisition of Ecobee by Generon we will probably experience more of this. Another good company destroyed. “Strongly” recommend not purchasing any Ecobee products or services as a result.

Spinning wheel of death…

Loaded and worked fine initially. Next time I go to log in, loads then goes to black screen w spinning wheel of doom… looked up help and saw force log out and logged back in. Worked once then same issue. Rendered effectively useless.
