This app is well-designed and I like it. It’s drawback is that it doesn’t actually do anything in limiting the time spent on your phone. If you have to want to limit your screen time, this app will help by sending reminders to get off your phone and dimming your screen when you’ve been on for too long.
It helps me stop my addiction to my phone and I’m getting out a lot more than I used to. I use to be on my phone for up to 7 hours a day! Now it’s only 1! it’s the best app for people who are addicted to their phones, so I really recommend this app!!!!
I like this app but omit only tells you to get off with notifications and I have a habit of ignoring them and that is what I wanted this app to fix. What I basically use it for is to see how long I am on my phone every day. It tells me it’s “dimming the screen” but it does nothing and I’m still on my phone for way to long every day. I wanted it to shut off my phone completely after a certain amount of time. What I’m trying to say is it is not what I’m looking for and I don’t really like it.
Great idea, love the graphics. But even with the background refresh and location services turned on it didn’t actually measure my usage. Told me 27 minutes when I know it had been a couple hours which defeats the whole purpose. Not sure why it didn’t work for me, but I am deleting the app and searching elsewhere.
