3. The SharkSmart app provides information and resources such as Alerts to help you reduce the chance of a close encounter with a shark at NSW beaches and estuaries.
4. Beachgoers can download the app and set it to receive tagged shark alerts at certain times and locations.
5. A better awareness and understanding of sharks and their behaviour can help everyone enjoy the beach and reduce the chances of a shark encounter.
6. If you have a smart watch running Wear OS by Google, the SharkSmart App also comes with a companion smart watch app to receive SharkSmart alerts.

Great app overall but it would be highly appreciated if you added Daytona beach and new Smyrna beach considering that Florida is the shark capital of the world.

Good app for its prepose, Im fascinated with sharks and I would love more data on the sharks when they are detected Eg. Length, gender, tag date and location, known locations pinged at as well as general data on migration habits etc.. Sorry for the nerd interest review.
