Needs big Improvements

So we just got switched from Jpay to this and let me tell you its horrible. Calls only for work when they have their headphones on. The apps stink as well. Pictures take forever to be sent don’t get me started on the videos. The app freezes all the time. I have to try multiple times to even be able to send him a darn message. We have no choice but to use this so were stuck with it.
