When a call comes through even if I have my phone ringer turned on the notifications are silent and there is no way to adjust them within the app
This app rarely works. Drops video calls almost every time. Would be great if it worked right. Just another way to steal money from inmates and their families.
This is the crappiest visiting app ever it doesn’t work on iPhones for the app or for the website. Then I tried doing a visit on chromebook and it doesn’t work there. It’s not clear there are 3 different apps all together I have them all and still haven’t been able to do a visit. I’d give them a negative if I could
All this piece of crap app did is take my money and I can’t get any further than that I have no idea what to do tells you to test your microphone and it doesn’t even work it’s not my phone because I’ve done zoom worst app ever a bunch of freaking crooks and if I can get less than one*I would also someone’s gonna find a way to give me my money back somehow
Their customer service is not helpful at all. My boyfriend had been trying to video call me and I can see him just fine but he can’t see me. I keep calling customer service to see if I’m doing something wrong and they don’t help at all. They told me it was probably the tablet he used. Nope. He still can’t see me. Is this an Android 12 problem only? Does it matter what kind of device I use. Why can’t anyone answer my question.... so annoying
