Subway® Reviews

Works sometimes

Only works sometimes, I often get a “cart expired” message that won’t let me add anything to my cart. Yes, I have closed out the app and deleted it and redownloaded. I also can’t order kids sandwiches which is frustrating. I don’t know about anyone else, but it is much easier to be able to order ahead and pick up with kids and I can’t do that using the app I always have to go in person if getting food for my younger children.

Updates WAAAY too often.

Updates too often. Nice app otherwise. It’s a bummer because the updates are required, so when you’re in a rush I need to order sandwich is when you’ll have to update your app. Please do updates much less frequently!

Need to add wheat bread back for choice of bread

Love the app hate that they took away the option to choose wheat bread on the app though not too crazy about the other breads prefer wheat bread

Frustrating and broken

Recommend: Don’t use the app, or find a new restaurant because they clearly don’t care about their products. Issues: -constantly glitches -extremely slow (loading to a new screen is 10 seconds) -menu changes are jarring -random error messages that don’t help -scanning doesn’t work 25% of the time in store
