When I received my food there was food missing and literal child size bites out my food… like I get people are working with kids but CONTROL THEM? When I sent pictures to the help center cause I can not contact the driver they told me that drivers are not allowed to open food and I’m just supposed to believe that??? LOL RIDICLOUS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE don’t fall for these promo codes it’s not worth it STICK TO DOOR DASH because these people will not help you at all and I’m out $25 dollars now
I received a drink that was unsafe to drink and while trying to communicate this to the ASAP staff the chat was ended without any help. Customer service is absolutely terrible and they have mo care about the safety of their customers.
Can’t actually deliver
Each time I’ve ordered using ASAP, there’s an issue. Either they report the merchant not responding (not an issue for other delivery apps), or there’s a problem with a menu item and driver not following through on the order. As an avid user of delivery service apps, this ranks the lowest.
3/5 times the order will be delayed and then cancelled two hours later because the driver couldn’t make it. The only thing done is to refund the money. There should be a way to contact the driver asking why the order is late or where it is. It doesn’t help to refund the money after a cancelled order especially in evenings when near by food places are closed.
