Never is working

I have 3 kids that get on the bus in valley center. 1st bus and 2nd bus route 25. I have called the bus barn and sent emails and text messages. All I get is they are not up and running yet. We have now missed over 1/2 the year and still not up. The excuse they give me is they don’t have the staff to input all the bus routes? Really. This app is a joke. We sit for 20-30 min everyday at the stop because USD 262 can’t get it together. Can buswhere make this simpler for the users please.

Horrible

This app is horrible! Hasn’t even connected to my son’s bus and I know it’s on the road! My son rides the “special Ed” bus and I have to be at home to meet the bus! But half the time I don’t know where it’s at!
