Communication

App and customer service are not communicating. I keep getting notifications that were handled 9 days ago. Customer service says order on the way. App says processing. Very disturbing that I have to bother the Dr several times because app is not updated.

Validation process

Your company has the worst validation process I have ever been put through. God forbid you forget your password, after that it is all down hill. I know the regs you have to deal with but this is over the top with the number of verifications.

Email versus phone notification

I chose email but I keep getting phone notifications. Today I submitted my preference again. I hope it goes to emails soon. I do not like returning calls to Center well and then having to give a code etc. etc.
