Recently switched from fitbit to applewatch and got a new phone, but now i am no longer am receiving the extra points for going over 10k steps in a day

Around mid-December the app stopped talking with Google health daily like it used to. I used to get 2-3 daily points automatically for my daily activities, now it doesn’t track anymore? The only activity it tracks is when I manually add in a workout. Why connect to an app if you’re not going to use the data?

It encourages me to walk and practice healthy habits!

This app is really frustrating, if you own an Google Watch. It seems that the only way to log steps from your Google Watch is through the Google health kit app. Every time I log into the Go365 app it does not update with the most recent steps. For example, it will update earlier in the day and say that I have 4600 steps. However, by the end of the day I will have somewhere between 8-10,000 steps and the app will still say 4600. I wish you would update where you can pull the screen down and the app will update with the most recent data.

Unfortunately this app keeps saying my password is wrong after letting me login and asking me to input the security code they sent. I enter the security code and then it says it’s the wrong password. This used to also happen with my Humana app and now it’s happening on here. It just seems like the developer doesn’t care to solve this issue on this app.
