I was looking for something to help me practice determining holding patterns, but it was too confusing and lacked the ability to practice. I had it for all of 2 hours before deleting . I felt like I wasted my money.
Not a bad app but needs ability to make my own holding patterns then show the correct entry sectors. It's good for some general practice but I need to be able to build holds from charts and be able to see the entry sectors for what I input. That would be much more useful than having random holds and instructions preset that we can't modify.
An outstanding app! Recommend A+
If you know how to fly holds, but your visualization is weak, then this app may have some use for you. However, if you want some background information, descriptions, related FARs, etc, then look elsewhere. The textual content is little to none.
