Error message every time I try to pair it. Totally useless.

App constantly acts like his has never been setup. I have 30+ times. Tried to change SSID like 20 times. App Would restart the setup process and skip the wifi selection (which is the only thing I wanted to do) Finally figured out you have to use a direct robot name or it won’t allow you to change the WiFi network. Mind bogglingly stupid…. Interacted with support several occasions. They gave me incorrect procedures to “reset” the hardware to clear the previous SSID. They refused to send my feedback to the product manager that the 2.4GHz Only wifi requirement is about 15 years out of date with the reality of what access points are currently sold and in use. Generally unfriendly and not helpful. The hardware is overpriced for what it does as well. Great example of what happens when there is not enough competition in a market.

Can no longer set cleaning mode or cleaning time. What’s going on maytronics? You sell the most expensive cleaner with the least user friendly app.

Bought my dolphin for over $600 on Amazon, one for think for that kind of cash the app would work, the best part is the newer app found the device and told me to download this app

The only thing this app is able to do is turn my robot on or off. Now way to schedule cleaning. Reached out to their app support with no response.
