Horrible app support!

I bought this so I didn't have to take my laptop when needing to work on word documents. I haven't been able to open this app since the update to iOS9.2 - I actually paid for this and can't use it, which is bad enough. I have tried to go to the support page and it's gone. I would really like the money I paid for this useless app back. I don't for things that I won't be able to use after the first few times I use it :/

I also upgraded to ios9 and it broke the app. Anyone found out why, can the feng jing update their app to work with 9?
