Great concept, but is lacking

The Support link takes me to my personal. Bewildering. Can’t create new documents from an Mobile or phone, only a laptop. And there are formatting issues. Come on guys, I’ll be a huge fan if you get serious about it. I’m trying to get away from Google Docs, but you’re making it hard.

It’s not Google Drive

I really want to like OX. I am generally happy with my OX provider for email (factoring in a huge user friendliness penalty that I am willing to pay to avoid Google). What bothers me about this app is that it just can’t display my docs created in OX web properly. They look like a toddler formatted them and it’s not possible to edit them.
