1. Cube was succeeded by Relentless Logic (or RLogic for short), by Conway, Hong, and Smith, available for MS-DOS as early as 1985; the player took the role of a private in the United States Marine Corps, delivering an important message to the U.S. Command Center.
2. In RLogic, the player must navigate through the minefield, from the top left right angled corner to the bottom right right angled corner (the Command Center).
3. The basic gameplay style became a popular segment of the puzzle game genre during the 1980s, with such titles as Mined-Out (Quicksilva, 1983), Yomp (Virgin Interactive, 1983), and Cube.
4. Because the player must navigate through the minefield, it is sometimes impossible to win — namely, when the mines block all possible paths.
5. Although no high score functionality is included, players could attempt to beat their personal best score for a given number of mines.
6. However, the player may still specify the number of mines.
7. Also, there is no mechanism for marking mines or counting the number of mines found.

11. The number of steps taken is counted.

Can’t access preferences! Can’t double click a number to clear the free cells around the flag! Unplayable! Even better the support site doesn’t exist. This app should be reported and shutdown. Thanks Google!
The game board comes up, but there are no squares. I can click around on that board, and hear the sounds, but there are no graphics. And the developers website is non existent.
Sometimes you click on a square and it won’t turn. You need to click on a square nearby, then a bunch of squares turn. This makes the leads very misleading. I think this game is NOT ready for prime time. I’m still looking for a version of Minesweeper that’s half as good as the original Windows version, (probably the only Windows app that’s any good!).
