There is always an issue when ordering through the app. Either it is never delivered, or link to the tracking is corrupt. Needs major work.
So difficult to use. If you lose your time slot, it does not add the persons order and you have to start all over again. If the new time slot gets filled, rinse and repeat. While I eat my lunch, I am reminded of the difficulty to acquire said lunch. It was hard to find an “on the side” option. We don’t order the office lunch from here much anymore because the app is confusing for new users and wastes time for when we could be ordering somewhere else. I am left with a bad taste in my mouth.
Two times now I’ve trusted this app to deliver my food and I’m very sad to say both times I’ve been sorely disappointed
Doesn’t save order history. Says items are out of stock but not which items. Does not let you transfer location easily. Have only used app 3x but have ended up canceling order twice.
App used to be good. Now always shows 90% of menu items as being out of stock. Typical pick up time it shows you is 1.5 hours in the future so it really offers zero convenience
