We love this app but it is April and we're tired of Fall and Winter backdrops. Please update with Spring and Summer!
My son is enjoying tiggly shapes. However, they work only half the time and he is becoming frustrated and banging them on the screen thinking if he pushes harder it will work. For $30 for these shapes the apps should work very smooth. Very disappointed in the apps. Love the idea concept just wish it worked better.
Why so much clutter on opening screen? Please just leave discreet settings button and "PLAY" so my child and I aren't frustrated.
My daughter just turned 2 and loves playing with these shapes. She recognizes each of the shapes and joyfully calls out their names. She has no trouble matching the shapes to the images on the screen and is thrilled when her final creation appears. She is learning lots of new words, her new favorite being "monkeeeeeee!" Some people have complained about the shapes not registering when you touch the screen. I had this problem on my Mobile but my husband didn't. Try removing your screen protector if you have one on there. Makes a huge difference. I hope Tiggly will come out with more shapes and more Apps soon, geared towards numbers and colours. Enjoy!
I work with kids and I was really excited to try Tiggly's apps and incorporate them into our weekly activities. The kids love this one and have a good time sharing the Mobile. A few of the kids like to just bang away at the Mobile with the shapes and put them everywhere, but its especially enlightening to see them tell a story, working on their creativity and language skills and record it. Its fun to hear the crazy stories they come up with and parents have enjoyed being able to receive their kids work through the share feature.
