That’s not confused voiceover and siri The app has options to use siri but that is still not helpful. I am a voiceover user meaning that I am blind. This application needs improvement because they are many buttons that I am unable to negotiate through voiceover. It simply says, button or it wouldn’t say anything. It is frustrating. My building recently changed to use this application to open the door but for someone, I am not considered went develop in the app just yet. Please improve and check with Accessibility. Thank you.
The last couple of deliveries I’ve had I get the call on the app and click open door and it does nothing and just continues ringing for the party at the door. Then it says “rejected call” on the notification even though I didn’t reject it. I answered it and tapped “open door”. But it just continues ringing at the call box.
The app works just fine on my phone but I keep my phone on silent and use my watch haptics to know when I’m getting an alert. The Google Watch app is supposed alert me and let me grant entry. The Google Watch app doesn’t notify me when I’m getting a call. No noise, no alert, no vibration. The only thing it does is display a picture after I have let people in Using my phone. Pretty useless.
Lost packages walk out with people who have access but not the person who it's meant for! Office not concerned.
This app has historically been great but lately I haven’t gotten any call alerts about a visitor- I just get a push alert after it’s too late to open the door. This is really frustrating given that I depend on this app for deliveries. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, confirming settings on my device, and confirming settings in the app itself. I didn’t change anything before this happened.
