Wanted a $10/month subscription. Deleted immediately after installing.

If I could give zero stars I would. The app is horrible and crashes constantly or times out and turns off. Yes, I have checked the settings in my TV and that’s not what the problem is. It is definitely the app. As soon as I signed up for the one year subscription and immediately had the problems, I reached out to customer service via email and no one responded for weeks. Their response was that it had been too long since I had had the service and they refused to give me my money back for the year subscription. I wrote back complaining about the obvious technical issues that others I discovered had been having with the app and that I felt duped and scammed. Several weeks later they sent me an email with some recommended fixes, which I tried but they also failed and the app continued to freeze constantly or turn off. Then I went on their own website and discovered that they themselves say they are not compatible with smart TVs, although you can try to use it with a smart TV, they don’t recommend it. What age are we living in? This app is on my TV, and is made for having on the TV screen for the dogs. Where else are we supposed to put the app so that it is helpful for our pets? I’m confused about how they are getting away with charging people at all when their app is not even recommended for smart TVs? Do you research, read reviews and make your own decision. But unfortunately if you go online where they cannot control the reviews, you will see that many people have nothing but problems with the app crashing and with the lack of customer support And the refusal of them to refund peoples money when the app does not work.

I have one that I can tell his ears flip around to the sound but doesn’t watch it, which is fine the science is still working on him. I also have a golden retriever puppy that will between toys, lay down and watch it like a little human. Lol he is so cute. Then a toy will interest him and he will take breaks from it. I use it when it’s on during my work from home day, and when I’m gone. Gives them some kind of stimulation while I’m on an endless cycle of video conference calls.

I had free 3 months but they still charged me for it. What a scam
