1. There is also a "special list" that groups all items checked as a 'high priority' into one global list at the top of the lists home page so you have easy access to the items that you need urgently done.

2. They open the file and the list is shared! It's that simple, it's magic! When they make a change you receive a push notification of the change and your list is updated.

3. Also, if you want to share a list with someone else they need you to sign up, create an account with a service and only then can you share a list with someone else.
