Frequently freezes, or stops recording a drive. Be prepared to manually enter many of your drives. Once they are entered, the info stays, but real time recording is not reliable.
The app just started flaking out. It shows a spinning cursor and won’t save anything. Probably not coincidentally a new feature has appeared out of nowhere where ads pop up at the bottom of the screen. Even though the ads have an ‘x’ for (I assume) closing the ad, tapping the ‘x’ does nothing.
Can’t get past the account set up. When entering parent info, after entering password, the keyboard stays up so I can’t hit the next button on the bottom. I’ve tried turning phone sideways, uninstalling and reinstalling app. Tried to go online to see if I could make an account there to log in to the app. Nothing there either. I have the Android 12.
Our state is requiring us to use this app to track the hours instead of manual paper tracking, I’m an immigrant new to driving and I cannot register my actual date of birth, it will only go back to 1992 with the month and day you are registering. i sent a form online but got no feedback.
I downloaded the app to log my teens driving hours. The app has lost numerous entries multiple times. Despite re-adding again and again, they still disappear. I’ve tried shutting and re-opening the app, and rebooting the phone. I could have logged these on paper three times over. What crap.
