What’s with the monthly charge?

When I purchased VPN, I was informed that it was a one-time payment. Why am I now being charged a monthly fee? Otherwise, I enjoy VPN a lot.

Not always connects after sleep/reboot

It is big issue, bcs you may have open browser sessions after reboot or wake up . So, you have to check VPN connection status after each reboot / login. It Happens for win and OS X , but new version is slightly better, but not 100%. Also ithas limited number of servers, but manageable. Unreliable , not always possible to login . Very close to the scam life time subscription!!!
