App works fine, but rewards are straight TRASH

No issues technically with app, good for order ahead, but I must say.. easily the worst, and misleading rewards program. 6 orders andddddd… your reward is $1 off a sandwich..? Honestly insulting. “Spend $200? Here’s $1 off..” terrible.

Inefficient

App hatred! One must perform operations numerous times before accepting. Nuisance! Submitted so many passwords… I’m done. Some folks should just make food. Forget the tech. Customer care?! Give me a break

Can’t customize breakfast sandwich feasts!

I would go to Panera more often if the app worked better for me. When I order the breakfast sandwich feast, it doesn’t give options like it does for individual sandwiches. Today I placed my order, then I had to call the store to tell them how unwanted the eggs. Kinda defeats the purpose of using the app.

Pick up time is way off

I use this app to order for rapid pick up and everything is great except for the timing. It will send me a text that my order has been received and then exactly 1 minute later I receive a text that my order is ready, my order is never ready. I normally give it 10 or 15 minutes and even then sometimes my order isn’t ready. Other than that it’s great.
