Fake Reviews - Can’t Sign Up or Add Class

the app gets frozen when after you enter the class code, first and last name. It becomes frozen when you click on a field to enter the email. Tried 5 times, restarted the phone etc. I don’t have trust with this app and other most recent reviews are all negative. How do they have 4.6 stars and can’t believe that teachers are using this.

Could use improvements

Not the most user friendly app. Layout could use a bit more work to make it easier for the eye to quickly distinguish between separate posts. Also, when I get a notification on the app that there’s something new. It would be nice if it opened directly to that new thing, whether it’s a comment, post, announcement, or message. But I have to search for it and when it’s a comment, it could be a while to find it through all the posts.

Support Please

I’m an admin and I just downloaded the app but I’m struggling finding where I can create a “post”? I only can create an event or volunteer request and I have a premium account, so I’m assuming I’m looking in the wrong place. Help would be greatly appreciated.

App always crashes.

Last year this all worked great to communicate with my kid’s teacher. This year I’ve had problems with it every month. It’s always crashing, or lagging, or logging me out and then they’ll be errors when trying to log back in. I want to like the app, but this year has been underwhelming in performance and usability.

Very slow to load

Our school pushed out this app and after a year I am still not impressed. I find it to be extremely slow to load with most times it crashes at start up.
