I understand being busy but there hasn’t been ONE time that I’ve ordered online and my order was ready according to the time that was told to me
i never actually use the app to order ahead because the app doesn't calculate the costs correctly so i end up just previewing what i'm going to order when i get there instead. i'll select the pre-made quarts that are listed @ $9.99 but in my cart when i go to pay, they'll be listed @ $19.98 even though i know they're $12.99 i'm not sure if you're trying pull one over on your customers or if it's just a simple coding error but it's been like this for months. a pricing error for pints and quarts on the app is definitely something i'd assume would be top priority for your devs. please look into this ASAP so i can finally enjoy the convenience of this app! my local store is usually very good with mobile orders so it's a shame this hasn't been dealt with since the major update 6+ months ago! NO I DO NOT WANT TO CALL YOUR SUPPORT # OR EMAIL YOU FURTHER ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE ; THAT IS THE POINT OF LEAVING A REVIEW
Very chaotic. When I use the app I go in to pick up & they can’t find my order. Has happened twice now. They’re very nice about it though.
Don’t buy this app. I ordered online, it charged my card, & I called the store to check on it & it was never received.
App is useless if you can’t create an account. 🤷🏼♀️
