I lost my photos 😭
I love this app but I noticed that some of my folders with the most videos or photos are not opening or loading. It crashes every time.5 star if I didn’t experience what I mention. Please advise how to fix these folder crashing issues. Thanks
I have used this app for a while but no longer will open some folders with lots of photos in them. Support has not responded in months.
The new update fixed the bugs that made this app annoying. It’s really good now. 99 cents for videos and multiple file uploads is worth it I think. Once they add landscape mode in the app it’ll be perfect.
I forgot my password and have requested a reset link numerous times without success. When I use the link for app support or developer web the site is no longer in use. Can someone please contact me so I can access my photos. Very frustrating.
