GARBAGE

This app and the customer service to go along with it is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Processed TWO different orders on my credit card after they said it was “unable to complete”.

Not receiving tickets

So I had recently bought tickets in May, and they told me that I had to create an account. So, I did. But I had bought the tickets online, so I thought that my tickets would be in there because I use the same email that I had bought my tickets with online. They weren’t in there! So I bought more tickets, for a different event a week ago and those tickets ended up being in there. But my other tickets still aren’t in there.

Can’t get any support

Two days and I still can’t get any support. Your password reset function isn’t working. Please fix. My emails and tickets have gone unanswered. Maybe I can get a response from a review. Thanks.

Sell option not working and no customer service

Tried direct email Instagram and Twitter to get hold of customer service. The sell option on the app does not allow one to add a credit card so does not work.
