Disappointed.

My expectations where really high for this app, I am a student who is currently working on a few lectures that I can’t work on by myself, I was recommended to my friends to download this app and when I go to upload content or files, I can’t even scroll down to see the other options, I can’t chat with the bot to even answer my questions because of this issue. I am a mobile user and the screen just gets stuck when I try to upload a file from YouTube for the bot to summarize. So I am forced to stop doing the file. This is ridiculous!

Read the refund policy before looking at all the fake reviews!

I purchased the almost $100 dollar plan for the year. This is over priced and unhelpful! There is little to no organization on the platform and I was not able to find helpful tutorials on how to make this pathetic application more user friendly. This is app is about as helpful as 20 nails in your tire. They basically don’t have a refund policy, support through the platform is useless. I am beyond frustrated with this app and I regret purchasing the subscription. PLEASE DON’T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!!!!!

Does not type recorded live lectures and needs more test questions

Waste

I thought the whole point of this app was to be able to record lectures and then convert them to text to easily turn that recording into study aides. It worked for me fine before I decided to pay for it and now it’s not saving anything. No transcripts and it won’t convert to notes. My notes are blank and empty. And the chat Ai said the app didn’t have the capability to do that. I want my money back.
