      Need a calmer more soothing voice and slower pace. As a voice-over director and someone who conducted guided body relaxation, I have heard and performed this same exercise done much more effectively. Would not purchase the other longer exercises if same voice is used for them.

      Has an instructional sound to it as if being told how to take a test in school 20 years ago. Not relaxing. I deleted.

      Although it's not a sleep app, Relaxation helps me to relax so I can easily fall asleep. I like that you can program it for various lengths of time, so you can easily adapt it to the amount of time you have during the day.
