1. The service area for CobbLinc's Paratransit Service covers a three-quarter (¾) mile radius around the existing local bus routes in Cobb County and limited areas in Fulton County.

2. CobbLinc's Paratransit Service is a shared-ride, curb-to-curb service for customers with disabilities who are not able to use the regular bus service (also called "fixed route") for some or all of their trips because of a disability or other limitations.

3. CobbLinc Go is a new on-demand microtransit transit service tailored to improve access in South Cobb, across Austell, Powder Springs, and southwestern Marietta.

4. Paratransit service is provided Monday through Sunday and the daily operating hours are comparable to CobbLinc's local bus service hours.

5. CobbLinc provides Paratransit Service through a contract with Transdev, but monitors and oversees all aspects of the service.
