More maps… more weapons… I have 85 bases Maxed out all weapons.. add more !!!!
I love it! It is like a game that is war of history! The only problem is i wish there were like more levels instead of just starting over and over again but it is the best.
First off I would like to state that I downloaded this title hoping for a simple, interesting app which would offer some entertaining diversions for incidents when I have a little time to kill or just need to blow off some steam. Check and check. Gameplay and controls are simple to learn and follow, the graphics are sufficiently attractive if generic and the individual scenes are brief enough to be completed within 1-2 minutes. The simple mechanics and low bar difficulty fulfill the goal. A quick and simple game that can be accessed for a few minutes at a time as an amusing sideshow. I haven’t found a way to kill me character yet and always emerge triumphant with relative ease. This will not challenge any shooter or seeker of dramatic combat but it is perfectly adequate for what it is. Enjoyable action and zero frustrations. Hmmm… well maybe one or two frustrations. Disclaimer: Here it comes, the number one gripe of all time. The prolific ads become tedious in no time. Yes, we all get the fact that ads are a necessary evil so I won’t harp on the usual diatribes here. However, ads that match or exceed gameplay in terms of time certainly seem excessive. Having said that and knowing why they are employed every player must form their own opinion on whether the ads for a given game are worth the time expended on any individual game. Secondly, the base building feature between missions has me completely baffled. What is the point. You earn certain resources (cash & iron icons) following ever mission and are ushered to a screen in which you build up a visual representation of a base amp in which the resources fill in the image in increments. At 100% you achieve a complete camp… which evidently serves no purpose whatsoever. There appears to be absolutely no purpose to this exercise at all other than to show that the creators can render SdKfz 251 half tracks and rudimentary CPs on the computer. If there is any hidden benefit to this aspect I am completely unaware of it/them. I consider it to be just filler which is of no more use to me than ads for games that I already play and others that I will never have an interest in. My final complaint is two-fold. This has to do with detail and accuracy. I happen to be an avid reader and researcher of historical literature and pride myself on topics revolving around the war period between 1939-45 in the European theater of operations. While I appreciate the efforts made by the designers to incorporate a large variety of disparate weapons and equipment into the game from a variety of sources there are a number of historical discrepancies in your research form naming conventions, level of importance/quality of certain firearms and little details regarding uniforms and equipment borne by the characters in this game. By and large it does not adversely affect gameplay however. This is largely a pet peeve of mine of little overall consequence. I just find it irksome. The same may be said if the follow up to this statement. The spelling and language usage in this and many other games online are simply atrocious. I can fully appreciate the fact that all games must be all things to all people suitable for distribution to virtually every nation worldwide. (I am an English speaker myself with only a pedestrian knowledge of a handful of other languages). That strikes me as a Herculean & forbidding task for any creator and I tip my hat to all of you for what you must go through, not to mention the competitive nature of the business itself. I could never do this myself so I commend all of you on producing some very creative and entertaining games for everyone to enjoy. At the same time when I am playing a game that is riddled with typographical errors, abysmal syntax and grammar and elementary omissions that my 10 year old nephew would pick up on and question in an instant or leads me to wonder if anyone at all is interested in editing these platforms. Once again; multiple nations, dozens (at least) of languages and cultural backgrounds have to be accounted for which is extremely difficult but basic rules really should be observed. When the language usage in a game (and even more poignantly in many of the ads that are employed - utterly unwatchable!) makes me believe that the originator has an IQ of about 70 it takes me right out of the game and makes me feel insulted. Proofreading and/or consulting an academic on basic penmanship and dialogue should be a prerequisite for release status on all of these games. Unless of course the education level of the average gamer has sunk so low that this is considered ‘correct’ usage. If that’s the case I suppose I could be in line for a transorbital labotomy any day now. Thanks for this game, your efforts and this format for consideration. A nice job all around without any pretense or egotistical nonsense. Please keep delving into other FPS & combat titles. Something I have not seen much or any of in first person combat are games relating to the Napoleonic Era, the Russian/Afghanistan conflict, the U.S. Southeast Asia conflict (Vietnam War) and World War I infantry combat. The latter of which seems tailor made to the mechanics you are employing in this game. Trench warfare utilizing labyrinthine schematics? That should be an easy transition. Give it a thought. Warmest regards to your whole team and keep up the good work!
Pretty good game but too many forced ads, bummer!!
A must play!
