I downloaded the app signed on then it went to connect then spins it’s says it takes a few minutes but it’s been hours and still nothing.

I was able to download the app but when I click on it and load my sign in it just sits and spins and tell me it’s loading my information and may take a few minutes. Well a few minutes has turned into hours and it still won’t log in.
