I have never wrote a review before, but the customer service was absolutely horrendous. I would never use this app again.
I already had data roaming, however I wanted a faster plan so I bought 10gb. However the connection is incredibly slow and my original data roaming was way faster. DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU ARE TRAVELING TO SRI LANKA.
Doesn’t install. Says carrier doesn’t support. Glad it was free but don’t understand why nordvpn hasn’t tested and verified the product before using it to entice customers to subscribe to a plan. Very deceiving and not a good impression on nordvpn for lying about what you are getting for your money!
I tried to reach out to help me install the esim but took forever and still didn’t get a response.
Tried to use 30 day eSIM, connected but had no data. Troubleshooted all options then was asked to reset network settings - nope. No additional help. Deleted and will not try again. Other good services are available.
