Worst app, I don’t recommend

Extremely disappointing experience with the Mindway app. The interface is clunky and far from intuitive, making it difficult to navigate or use effectively. It feels poorly designed and not at all user-friendly. What’s worse is that I was unexpectedly charged a $31 recurring subscription without clear consent or proper notification. When I reached out to customer service for a refund, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t prioritize its customers or offer proper support for issues like this. I would not recommend this app to anyone. There are far better alternatives available with transparent billing practices and responsive customer support. Save your money and avoid this app at all costs!

Terrible customer service

I tried canceling immediately (within minutes) after subscribing after checking out what it was about and they refused a refund. Terrible customer service! I am not satisfied with the product, but they could care less.
