July 2024. Specialty reservations included on Premier package charging cover charge immediately to credit card. Advised to reserve on board. There won’t be any times available at that point. Paying for something you won’t be able to use. Try testing before App releases

Need to be improved

App has many good features but sometimes it’s not accurate. For example, my journey, it shows today’s schedule but it’s actually tomorrow. For food and beverage orders, we purchased premier package but my app order charge can drinks and my wife’s app shows free. Overall not very accurate.

Horrible App

I gave it one star because it is impossible to give zero stars. The app was just upgraded and I still can’t reserve dining. Very frustrating that Princess does not value reliable technology.

Won’t it me log on

Downloaded app but won’t let me log in with my right username and password. Keeps saying invalid.
