It’s improved by the quicker access to buy tickets. However one still has to click on an initial screen about the rider and select from a drop down menu. Would be good to be able to set a default so it just goes immediately to the screen allowing purchase of tickets. Would be good to be able to set shortcuts to quickly select favourite tickets with 1 click and then straight to Google Pay. As you can see from the reviews, a major priority is being able to buy and display tickets quickly with minimal clicks and menus.
There is a stop for cable car in the map, but the cable car doesn’t stop.
More often than not the app refuses to update to show when the next train or bus is coming. The interface is clunky and not thought out.
Other than to by my ticket, this app is horrible. Use google maps instead to get around.
Horrible UX, non functional live view. In the old app as well as Moovit or other apps, you can see live view from far up, in this app you have to zoom in too close to the map to actually see the live view. You have to basically look for the bus on its route. If you think that’s annoying, the live view is actually fake! It doesn’t reflect an actual bus location. It’s just preprogrammed based of time schedule. Fraud! Buying tickets is another story…
