I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app a few times but I still receive the ‘out of range’ notification regardless of whether I am on site or in front of the time clock. It’s honestly very degrading as an employee to experience an app that doesn’t allow me to record my worked hours accurately. A fix would be much appreciated.

Android 14Plus running iOS 17.5.1 Compass Time settings are on for precise location while using the app. I can be standing at our time clock and the app will not allow me to clock in or out, meal or back to work, the response is “out of range”
This app freezes constantly and the only way to unfreeze is deleting it. The time clock option does NOT update, so when you try to clock in, the app denies the entry and tells me that I am past quitting time and therefore need manager approval. This message appears at the start of my shift because the previous day time entries have not cleared and are still showing. I have deleted and reinstalled on different devices with the same results!
At the timesheet disappeared my days worked. Why?
