My doctor’s office uses this app is the ONLY reason I have & have kept this app even though it’s NEVER worked for me & CONSTANTLY crashes when I try to send messages to my doctor & when checking other medical records of mine!!! The recent update from today (06/05/2024) or yesterday (06/04/2024) did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix the issues I’ve been having with this app that I’ve had for months now!!!
I have tried to redownload and delete several times. Each time the only thing I get when I open the app is a white screen. I wish the app worked. It’s how my dr wishes we communicate. I also just updated my iOS before downloading the app because without the update it didn’t work either. Hope you guys will fix it
I wish I could leave no stars! I sign in, so far so good. Click on New Message, it asks for what practice. I put the practice in and hit continue and nothing. I’ve tried from my Mobile from my Android, no go. I went through my app than tried the website, no luck. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. What good is having a patient portal if it doesn’t work. So disappointed!
