We would like to be able to add a recent receipt for reward points/items. We visited the restaurant today. We did not know you had an app until after we sat down at a table and saw the advertisement that we needed to download the app. It was too late to have a recent purchase on our account. We visit Whataburger and Chick-fil-A more frequently because we get free food from their app.
I’ve been trying for 30 minutes to save my zip code on my account and it won’t save. It saves everything else. How am I suppose to get the coupon if I can’t even put in the information. It Is also super slow when I try to place an order and will not let me pick no cheese for my hamburger.
Horrible on every aspect
I LOVE CULVERS. YUM!
Not user friendly at all. Not able to submit gift cards as a form of payment. Half the time your entire order just disappears and have to start all over. I am a pretty tech savvy person in general and this is by far the worst mobile food app I’ve ever attempted to use.
