Really want to support Compass, but we should be able to use our app wallet in-store versus only having to place an order ahead. So many other coffee shops have the ability to have customers scan their app wallet for us to use on-site. I can’t do things like refill my growler on the app. I won’t be adding anymore value to my app wallet until we can scan it in store.
Hard to be happy with an app you are constantly pushing with $5 incentives when I have to dump $25 minimum into it. It leads to too many situations of money stuck in the app, not quite enough to pay for a nice coffee, so then that quick coffee you wanted to grab turns into another $25 and its locked away for compass. I go all the time, you dont need to do me like that.
1) The minimum value to add funds is $25 2) Unlike literally every other major coffee brand, you cannot pay with your app in-stores, so you are left with a balance that you can never fully spend all the way down. Don’t get scammed like I did.
You cannot use the app in store, min you can add is 25$ and it’s more expensive ordering online! Very disappointed!
