Not very customizable..

Unable to configure custom groups or edit guide of prefixes or suffixes (USA,UK) or (HD,SD) for example to clean up appearances for the user is surprising.

App is always freezing up off and on and then whenever somebody calls my phone, the voice goes off on the app while watching a movie or TV and I have to keep getting off the app and then turn it back on

Works Well, but missing basic functionalities

The app itself is great, the navigation is fast and user friendly. But unfortunately does not support: 1) Multitasking/picture-in-picture: video stops every time I need to switch to another app (such as respond a message or an email). 2) Chromecast/Airplay support for casting videos to my TVs. Hopefully they implement these two features soon and the app will be 5 stars.
