I was so excited to try this app. I was a dedicated Zumba goer until I moved and was no longer able to attend due to distance. When I saw that it had a 7 day free trial I was super excited to see if it would have the same or similar dances that I know. However, as soon as I tried to sign up for the trial, I was immediately charged the subscription free prior to even seeing the app and it’s content. Why advertise a free trial and then immediately charged a subscription fee? Why was I not able to actually try the app for 7 days and then be charged if I chose to keep the app..
Workouts are so amazing and fun that I’m actually sticking with it and look forward to it! I wish the ability to AirPlay or screen share to TV was more well suited to share over a variety of connections
I signed up for a “free trial” but was charged $14.99 within the trial period. When I reached out they said that the monthly subscription does not include a free trial and that I was supposed to choose the yearly subscription. This was not made clear to me in the checkout process. They denied my request for a refund.
