Blackbird for Android

I like it for the breakfast club, but the UI is confusing, everyone seems confused. Level up an old loyalty app was much easier to use, you could scan anytime and payment and rewards would apply automatically. Here you have to check in before placing an order, then it’s a whole confusion if you are or aren’t paying with blackbird. If you are they have to enter a code. And then every time the cashier completes the transaction you then have to also complete it on the app. It doesn’t make sense. I also have received receipts days later, and am never sure if I just paid with my credit card or via blackbird. So far no restaurants have any rewards program yet, and even if they did I don’t see a way to find out. I don’t know how to use my Fly, why can’t it just be points. They also did not respond to any of my questions via social.

I downloaded the app, entered my phone number and got my text with the authorization code. Wouldn’t accept the code and it was absolutely correct. Had a new code resent multiple times and never worked. Also when you hit the resend button to send a new code, when the code comes the keyboard doesn’t show, so you can’t reenter. You have to back out of the screen to get a code resent and the keyboard to show. Not a very impressive start!

I am following BB since the beginning and I’ve seen the evolution of this app and their technology. The app is simply awesome because it shows you the coolest and delicious restaurants and then cool videos of food and much more! I am defiantly a fan and getting my $fly which I love.

It says just tap. But then doesnt work

I find myself looking at the blackbird map when I think “where should I go eat?” They have a lot of great restaurants on there and it’s fun to accrue points wherever I go! Also, the breakfast club is the best perk ever. i have literally redeemed hundreds of coffees at cafes near me.
