What a joke. What a waste of time down loading the app then have to sign up. Still won’t let you watch all videos and what not.

My family really likes Jamie and Matt’s family and business dynamic and wish nothing but the best for them. Sometimes we feel with some of the technical aspects of their life they are taken advantage of. Paid upfront for the year membership. The tier was supposed to include a member’s discount for merchandise. I’m able to log in everywhere and see my membership, but discount doesn’t get applied. Finally got a “working on it” message from someone. Ended up buying at regular price. We can’t afford a $1k metal placard for the new shop, but do what we can. They get 5 stars, the app needs better guidance.
