Really 40 US dollars for one standard character and I am doubting that the Korean are paying 55103.57 won for it. Start doing these things more fairly.
I've played this game since launch, and in spite of the rough launch back in October 2023, the bad press going around social medias, the negative feedbacks, and censorship, I've stuck around because there was a chance for free to play gamers to obtain their high grade characters in the gacha pool by trading pancakes for the red keys through selling unwanted duplicates. In their recent July 2024 update, the developers has decided to revamp the pancake exchange shop and remove red keys along with it, which pretty much means they are no longer a F2P friendly game. Without the high grade characters, late game battles will be difficult to beat, and to be honest, the battles are tedious to do in-between stories. It's been fun, and I really loved the artwork, but sadly, the developers are making it too difficult for F2P folks to have a chance to save up for their premium content.
This game is good and the story is and characters are interesting but the game isn’t optimized and there’s a lot of glitches that tends to pop up. Also in the latest update, the shop system changed so it basically forces players to have to pay to get characters and it’s already hard to get characters with it taking about 200+ to get an L character and now it’s even harder. Not free to play friendly and not the best app to compensate for that
How unsustainable and hostile do they want to make this game to players that don’t shell out money constantly? Soon it’s going to be nigh impossible for F2P to get anything
