When I think of chess, I’m taken back to a childhood memory of playing on the floor outside my elementary class room for recess during the winter. Spin Chess brought me back to that memory by challenge my friends new and old. It’s like the good old days but I don’t have to sit or the floor. What I enjoy most about Spin Chess is it changes the rules just enough to make you think, but not so much that it becomes frustrating.
I have never been a huge chess fan, but this app definitely sparked my interest. Switching the boards while playing is excellent - you can attempt different strategies for both sides and not be stuck with losing the game after several unsuccessful moves.
I’ve been playing chess my whole life and this concept is just too much fun, really evens the playing field. Looking forward to teaching my nephew chess with this
